Hello,
I’m writing from Rutgers University Press and we have a book that we’re interested in applying to the AML Awards. It published in 2018. When do submissions open/how does one submit?
Best,
Courtney
Oh, I see it. “Disenchanted Lives: Apostasy and Ex-Mormonism among the Latter-day Saints”, by E. Marshall Brooks. Yes, that is the kind of scholarly book that could be considered for the Religious Non-Fiction Award. I’m sorry I did not notice it to be considered for the 2018 awards, which have already decided on the short list. I think in cases like this, we can carry it over and have it be considered next year with the 2019 books. Please go ahead and make another comment about it on this blog by October 2019 or so, and I will put it in the list of books to consider.
That would be great, thank you.
