What’s the minimum length that the contest will consider? I don’t have anything to submit — I’m just curious.
Hi, Wm! MINIMUM? Around 200 pages, usually, but I suppose a tough, AMAZING, exemplary novel of 150 might be considered. Below that seems to be a novella? WHAT IS the Whitney rule? Maybe follow that one?
.
Good question as the Whitney’s are very strict about this.
Found out Whitney is 50,000 words. That’s good enough. Unless your novel is 47,000 and absolutely phenomenal. We’re probably not quite as strict as Whitney.
Thanks Marilyn!
I hope you get some great submissions this year.
